Karishma K

Karishma K has extensive work experience in marketing and CRM roles. Karishma is currently working as an Associate Director of CRM at Zepto. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Manager for CRM, retention, and loyalty at Nykaa.com, where they managed outbound channels and implemented marketing automation tools. Karishma also served as Deputy Manager of Marketing for the LODHA Group, handling luxury and aspirational brands and executing ATL and BTL campaigns. Karishma has experience as a Marketing Manager for PRIVILEGE INDUSTRIES LIMITED and as a Branded Content Executive at NDTV, where they created customized content for brands. Karishma has also interned at WWI - Neeta Lulla School of Fashion and AgencyDigi, where they gained experience in content research and account management, respectively.

Karishma K completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Whistling Woods International in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Business Management Studies with a focus on Finance from SVKM's Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management in 2012. Before college, they attended Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics for their HSC education. Karishma began their academic journey at Canossa High School, where they completed their SSC degree from 1995 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Karishma obtained certifications in The Online Marketing Fundamentals from Google, a Certificate course in Digital Marketing certified by IAMAI, and Excellence in Public Speaking & Communication Skills from Indo-American Society.
