Sreenivas Vadaguru is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Zepto, Sreenivas previously held key positions at Amazon as a Talent Acquisition Leader and at Altimetrik as a Senior Leader in Talent Acquisition. Prior to these roles, Sreenivas was the General Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition at CMS IT SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. and also served as a Senior Manager and Manager of the Leadership Hiring Team at Wipro Technologies. Sreenivas Vadaguru holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Madras, along with a BCOM degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University.
