Umesh Joshi

Umesh Joshi is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Zepto since May 2025, Umesh also holds the position of Head of Supply Chain at Dabur India Limited since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Umesh worked at McDonald's from June 2021 to June 2023 as Director of Supply Chain, overseeing the entire farm-to-fork supply chain, including procurement, strategic sourcing, and sustainability initiatives. Umesh has also held leadership roles at Perfetti Van Melle as Associate Director and at Britannia Industries Limited in various managerial positions focusing on logistics, customer service, and supply planning. Umesh holds an Executive MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Master’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
