Roberto Arcilesi

Roberto Arcilesi is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and service management. Currently serving as Team Supervisor at Kameha Grand Zurich since October 2018, Roberto also holds the position of Assistant Maitre at Argentario Golf Resort & Spa and has been with Hotel Frutt Lodge & Spa as Chef de Service since June 2016. Previous roles include Assistente Chef de Service at Zermatt Bergbahnen AG and Maitre d'Hotel at Hotel Brunelleschi Florence, where Roberto finds great satisfaction in returning to support operations. ROBERTO started as Maitre d'Hotel at 7132 Hotel and has a solid foundation with a diploma from Fachschule Offenburg, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
