Abhinav Majumdar

Abhinav Majumdar is a research professional with experience in biotechnology and food science. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Zero Cow Factory since September 2023, Abhinav previously worked as a Project Assistant at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, contributing to projects focused on transforming plant-based residues into functional food and optimizing protein extraction from Swedish crop residues. Prior roles include roles at Aventure AB, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., Lupin India, Placementify, and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, with a diverse background in research, quality control, and data analysis. Abhinav holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Lund University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Amity University.
