People Operations Specialist at Zero Longevity Science

Zerina Narejo's work experience begins in 2014 as a Teacher Assistant for AmeriCorps. In 2017, they worked as a School Team Lead for BookNook and as a Teacher for the Houston Independent School District, where they performed various responsibilities including communication with parents, documentation of academic performance, and data analysis. In 2019, Zerina joined TGI Geotechnics Inc. as a Human Resources Intern before becoming a Human Resources Assistant. Currently, as of 2021, they are employed at Zero Longevity Science, first as a Talent Coordinator and currently as a People Operations Specialist.

Zerina Narejo's education history starts in 2012 when they enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin. Zerina completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Learning and Development with a focus on Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development in 2017. In 2019, Zerina attended Houston Community College for a brief period, with a field of study in Accounting and Finance. However, no degree was obtained during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Zerina also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Essentials of Human Resources program at Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. This was followed by receiving the certification of Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HRCI in February 2021. Zerina'smost recent certification is the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), which was obtained in November 2022 from HRCI.
