James Robertson

James Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James is currently the President of ZERO Manufacturing (Star Cases, LLC) since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the President and VP of Operations at Star Forge LLC dba Jorgensen Forge from 2017, where they managed various departments within the company. Before that, they worked at Wyman Gordon as the Operations Manager of the Energy Products Business Unit from 2015 to 2017. James also held the position of Manager of Plant Operations at RTI International Metals from 2010 to 2015. James started their career at Wyman Gordon as an Area Manager from 1996 to 2010. James began their professional journey as a Technician at Mustang Power Systems in 1993 and served in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class from 1990 to 1993.

James Robertson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management/Operations from DeVry University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Negotiating and Administering the Labor Contract" from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in May 2009, and in "Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP)" from the Management and Strategy Institute in December 2019.
