John LeReverend has over 15 years of professional experience in sales engineering, sales operations, technical consulting, technical training, and service desk team lead roles. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Sales Engineering for ZERO. Prior to this, they worked at RBRO Solutions from 2007 to 2022, performing roles such as Sales Solutions Consultant, Interim Sales Operations Manager, Technical Consultant, and Technical Trainer/Documentation Specialist. Before that, they were the Service Desk Team Lead for EDS Corporation (since acquired by HP) from 2005 to 2007.

John LeReverend's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lakehead University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned an Electronics Engineering Technology degree from Durham College from 1996 to 2000.
