Seda Hakobyan

Seda Hakobyan has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2015 as an English Teacher at Gavar Children's Home. In 2018, they began working as a Project Intern at UNDP, where they worked with large amounts of data and analyzed it to find conclusions. In the same year, they also began working as a Project Coordinator at Startup Armenia, where they maintained and monitored project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. In 2019, they began working as an HR Specialist at WIC Worldcom International Communications, where they performed the full cycle recruitment to the departments of the central office and monitored the labor market in the field of wages, benefits and compensation. In the same year, they also began working as a Researcher at UNDP and a Coordinator at HR Armenianization. In 2020, they began working as a Talent Sourcer at Magnus HR and a Tech Recruiter at Yoocollab, where they sourced and attracted candidates, crafted and sent personalized recruiting emails, conducted interviews, screened resumes and job applications, and maintained a database of potential candidates. Finally, they are currently working as a Tech Recruiter at ZERO.

Seda Hakobyan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Ruse. Seda then attended Gavar State University from 2015 to 2019. In 2020, Seda obtained certifications in Enneagram Practitioner from Alvarium, Technical Recruitment from meettal | tech talent ambassadors, HR Management from Magnus HR, and HR Management from Business Development Group. In 2019, they obtained a Technical Recruitment Workshop certification from the Armenian Code Academy. In 2018, they obtained a Youth Peace Camp 2018, Hungary, Budapest certification from the Council of Europe.
