Shyamal Addanki has a wealth of experience in customer success, consulting, and product innovation. Shyamal is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at ZERO, a role they have held since 2022. Shyamal Addanki obtained their Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2001 and 2005. Shyamal then went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford between 2011 and 2012. Shyamal'sfield of study included Operations Management, Strategy, and Finance. Additionally, Shyamal has obtained a Design Approval Engineer certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
