Morgan Forrester Ray, MSW, IMH-E®, is a seasoned professional in the field of social work with extensive experience in child welfare and early childhood development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Assistance Specialist at ZERO TO THREE, Morgan leads efforts to enhance the integration of childcare and Part C services across various states, tribes, and territories. Previously, Morgan held the position of Director for The EarlyWell Initiative at NC Child, focusing on promoting healthy social and emotional development for children aged birth to eight.
