Pernille Dahlgaard, MBA, GCB.D, serves as Chief Officer of Government, Business & Analytics at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, focusing on regulatory and public affairs to influence global maritime decision-makers.
