Head of Customer Success at zeroheight

Allen F. has over 20 years of work experience, beginning in 2000 as a Section Editor for CNET Networks. Allen then moved to International Data Group (IDG) in 2006 as Director of Online Content and Production. In 2008, they became Web Director for California College of the Arts. In 2014, they were promoted to VP, Digital Strategy at Advomatic. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior Director of Customer Success at Pantheon Platform. Currently, they are Head of Customer Success at ZeroHeight.

Allen F. completed a Ph.D. at the University of Düsseldorf, was a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at Kiel University, and obtained both a B.A. and M.A. from Indiana University Bloomington.
