Nefertiti Dukes

Nefertiti Dukes has a diverse work experience that spans the past 7 years. In 2015, they began their career as an ELA and Social Studies Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. In 2017, they moved to Noble Network of Charter Schools, where they served as an ELA Teacher. During their time there, they organized Noble Network's first intercampus competitive Debate program and coordinated Butler College Prep's first "Junior Week". In 2018, they joined Screencastify as a Customer Engagement Manager and Community Manager. In this role, they grew Screencastify's Twitter followers by 1000% and launched the company's first eBook. Nefertiti also revamped the company's flagship certification course, increasing certification numbers by 2000%. In 2021, they returned to Screencastify as a Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the Go-to-Market strategy for all feature and product releases. Nefertiti also led customer research efforts to inform persona building, messaging, and positioning. Nefertiti Dukes is currently a Product Marketing Manager at Swing Education and will be joining zeroheight in 2022 in the same role.

Nefertiti Dukes attended Western Kentucky University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
