Jeffrey Clark, SHRM-CP

Jeffrey Clark, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Jeffrey started their career in 2010 as a Media Technician at Brigham Young University, where they were responsible for providing theatrical stage lighting for productions, meetings, and sporting events. In 2013, they became an Attractions Host at Walt Disney World, where they were viewed as a leader and was given a grade of "Leading the Way." In 2014, they moved on to become a Front Office Supervisor at Marriott International, where they developed team initiatives to improve employee relations and culture, leading the team to achieve a record-setting 95% guest satisfaction. In 2015, they became an Operations Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., where they managed a team of 15 drivers with direct oversight of safety compliance for OSHA, warehouse and inventory/asset management, quality assurance, and client relations. In 2017, they became a Substitute Teacher at Tulare County Office of Education, and in 2016 they earned their MBA from California State University, Fresno. In 2019, they became a Site Manager at Randstad USA, where they managed one supervisor and 100 employees, with key duties including direct management of warehouse employees, training, safety compliance and HR issues. Most recently, they were hired as a Human Resources Manager at ZeroNox, Inc., where they built the HR framework for a fast-growing startup company in California. Jeffrey worked with top management to create and implement new policies to strategically guide the company through the high-growth and to increase the ease of growth by implementing scalable procedures and technologies, and they implemented a new HRIS and payroll process.

Jeffrey Clark, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Portuguese Language and Literature from Brigham Young University in 2013. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from California State University, Fresno in 2018.
