Larissa Hopkins

Larissa Hopkins has over 13 years of experience in various HR roles. Larissa is currently working at Zespri International as a People Operations Lead since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a People Business Partnering Leader at the same company from August 2021 to May 2022. Before joining Zespri International, Larissa worked as an HR Consultant at HR Connect Ltd from March 2019 to April 2021. Larissa also had experience as a People and Capability Business Partner at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd from September 2016 to February 2019, and as a P&C Business Partner/Shared Services Team Leader from December 2016 to November 2017. Larissa has also worked as an HR Business Partner/Team Leader at C3 from July 2013 to September 2016, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Wintec from January 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Wintec from January 2011 to December 2012 and as a Human Resource Business Partner at Palmerston North City Council from October 2008 to December 2010.

Larissa Hopkins obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Human Resource Management from Massey University from 2006 to 2008. Larissa also earned a Certificate in Adult Teaching (CAT) from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology in 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Coaching Skills from NeuroLeadership Group in the same year.
