Julie Ottusch

Julie Ottusch (Monrad) is the Head of Culinary at Zest, where Julie creates engaging lesson modules and designs learning-centered recipes. In the past, Julie has held positions such as Manager of Squash and Fitness at MetroSquash, Chef De Partie at Alinea Restaurant Llc, and Pastry Chef at Amali. Julie also has experience in operations, marketing, and fundraising as an Operations and Squash Director at the Squash and Education Alliance. Julie holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and culinary degrees from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
