Hariprasad Bairethaya

Hariprasad Bairethaya has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hariprasad is currently serving as the Director of Operations at ZestMoney since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director on the Board of Directors and Executive Director & Head of Operations & Automations at ReshaMudra from February 2022 to August 2023.

Before their role at ReshaMudra, Hariprasad worked at ZestMoney as the Associate Director & Head of Finops and Reconciliation from March 2021 to February 2022. Hariprasad also served as the Lead-Ops Automation & Process Improvement from March 2020 to March 2021, where they were responsible for automating lending and financial operations, optimizing resources, and improving overall operational efficiency.

From September 2019 to March 2020, Hariprasad worked at Udaan.com as the National Operations Manager-Lending Operations. Prior to that, they held roles at Capital Float (now axio) as the Associate Vice President- Operations from April 2018 to August 2019, and as the Sr Manager -Banking & Repayments from August 2016 to March 2018.

Hariprasad also gained experience at Nissan Renault Financial Services India as the Lead-Dealer Funding Ops ( Inventory Finance) from May 2015 to July 2016. Hariprasad'searliest work experience was at HDFC Bank, where they served as the Unit Head - Wholesale Banking operations from April 2007 to May 2015.

Hariprasad Bairethaya completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Poorna Prajna College, Udupi from 2001 to 2004. Hariprasad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance at ICFAI from 2005 to 2007.
