Bhushan Lodha has worked in a variety of roles in the software industry since 2016. In that time, they have worked at the Buffalo Neuroimaging Analysis Center as a Full Stack Developer, FinReach as a Web Developer, Trailblazer as a Software Developer, Finiata as a Software Consultant, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Ruby Developer, Mercedes-Benz.io as a Software Consultant, Snowfork as a Blockchain Developer, Contentful as a Senior Software Consultant, and Zestworld as a Blockchain Engineer. During their time in these roles, Bhushan has built a CMS in ActiveAdmin, built an API from scratch in Rails 6, built CI/CD pipelines in Concourse, reduced web page latencies in underwriter's admin panel from over a minute to under 4 seconds, worked on static and dynamic analysis of the various parts of the codebase, developed features to launch a fintech product across multiple countries in Europe, developed and maintained automated tests in RSpec and Minitest, participated in 24/7 on-call coverage rotation for both internal and customer outages, migrated to SPA using Vuejs framework, and added the ability to upload MRI scans.

Bhushan Lodha attended Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Production Engineering.
