Charles Mbaruguru

Charles Mbaruguru has held a variety of roles in their career. Charles began their professional journey in 2014 at AT&T as part of their Business Leadership Development Program. In 2015, they joined Capco as an Associate and advanced through the ranks to become a Senior Consultant. In 2021, they joined On Deck as a Fellow. Most recently, they were appointed Head Of Business Operations at Zestworld in 2022.

Charles Mbaruguru graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering.
