Ben Larboni

Ben Larboni has a long history of working in customer success, IT systems implementation, and training. Ben began their career in 2006 as a Military Captain in the Field Intelligence Corps of the IDF. In 2013, they started working at Logic Industries Ltd. as a C&C Systems Implementation, where they were responsible for writing training, delivering content, and instructing system manuals operators and managers. In 2014, they moved to E.Soof as a Trainer & Advisor, where they were responsible for preparing training collateral in English for foreign defense entities. In 2015, they began working at the Israel Airport Authority/Crime Prevention Unit as a Deputy Shift Manager, where they managed shifts and commanded over emergency and intelligence events. In 2018, they joined Spot.io as a Customer Success & TS Team Leader and Customer Success Engineer. In 2021, they began working at Zesty as the Director of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success.

Ben Larboni attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2014 to 2018.
