Nishita Shetty

Nishita Shetty currently serves as the Director of Scaling Strategy at Zeta Charter Schools, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Nishita held a significant role at McKinsey & Company for nearly eight years, progressing from Business Analyst Intern to Senior Engagement Manager, leading over 15 engagements across various sectors focused on strategic planning, operational resiliency, and crisis management. Prior experience includes project management roles in cybersecurity at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, a Graduate Teaching Assistantship at the University of Texas at Dallas, and an ERP Strategy and Operations Lead position at Accenture. Nishita holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
