Kent Graziano

Kent Graziano has worked in the data industry for over eight years. From 2012 to 2022, they were the Owner/Chief Strategic Advisor at Data Warrior LLC, specializing in cloud data architecture, data mesh, agile data, business intelligence, and advanced data modeling with an emphasis on using the Data Vault Method. In addition, they offered a data model review service and coaching on Data Vault 2.0, Snowflake, and data warehouse planning and architecture. From 2022 onward, they have served as a Strategic Advisor for DataOps.live, DataRebels, Coalesce.io, Zetaris - The Networked Data Platform, SqlDBM - Online Data Modeling Tool, WhereScape Data Warehouse Automation, and Lyftrondata. Kent is also the Chief Technical Advisor for Zetaris and Chief Technical Evangelist for Snowflake. Additionally, from 1983 to present, they have been the Owner and Grandmaster of Rocky Mountain Tae Kwon Do, specializing in personal safety, practical self-defense, relaxation and stress management, flexibility training, and traditional martial arts instruction.

Kent Graziano obtained a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Denver between 1979 and 1983. Kent obtained a 8th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do from Grandmaster John Pellegrini's Independent Tae Kwon Do Association (ITA) in October 2020, and was also appointed Grandmaster of Tae Kwon Do by the same institution. In November 2015, they became a Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner (Legacy) through the Data Vault Alliance, and was also appointed an Authourized Data Vault 2.0 Bootcamp Instructor by Dan Linstedt. In November 2014, they obtained a 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do from ITA, and was also appointed Senior Master Instructor for the same institution. Kent became a Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner (CDVP2) through Dan Linstedt in July 2013, and a Certified Data Vault Data Modeler (CDVDM) through Genesee Academy and Dan Linstedt in January 2012. In June 2012, they were appointed Oracle ACE Director by Oracle Corporation. Kent also holds a Data Vault Master certification from Dan Linstedt, although the date of certification is not provided.
