Jakob Skaaning Hansen

Jakob Skaaning Hansen is an experienced journalist and podcast host, currently serving as the European correspondent and host of the daily news podcast 'Helikopter' at Zetland since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jakob worked at Danmarks Radio from February 2011 to March 2020, contributing as a journalist in the news department and focusing on investigative journalism. Jakob has also held various positions at Roskilde Festivalradio, including Programchef and Nyhedschef, and founded a company, Ordeksplosion, specializing in website and web application creation. With a solid educational background in journalism and film and media sciences from the University of Southern Denmark and the University of Copenhagen, Jakob has developed a well-rounded skill set in media production and reporting.
