Camille Mançon

Camille Mançon serves as the Head of Talents & Tracers at ZeTrace since December 2022, overseeing freelance and permanent candidate recruitment while supporting organizational growth in alignment with company values. Camille briefly held the role of Associate at Geev in mid-2023, contributing to the platform's mission of promoting object reuse through community engagement. Prior experience at Capgemini from 2012 to 2022 included positions as HRBP, Staffing Partner, and IT Supply Chain Consultant, where Camille led various human resources functions and participated in significant digital transformation projects. Camille began the professional journey as a Recruitment Officer at Inopia Finance in early 2012 and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from EFFICOM and a DUT in Labor Law from Lille 2.
