Alice Johnson

Alice Johnson currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Zetron since October 2023. Previously, Alice worked as a Strategic Account Executive for Next Generation 911 services at Intrado from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining annual strategic sales plans. Alice's extensive background also includes a role as Director of Business Development for NG911 at Zetron from 2016 to 2021, focusing on strategic planning and customer engagement for product development. Alice began a career in the emergency services sector at ICOM E911, where initial roles included Dispatcher, Dispatch Supervisor, Operations Manager, and ultimately Assistant Director over nearly two decades. Early career experience also includes serving as Dispatch Supervisor for the Yuma County Sheriff Office.
