John Thaliath

John Thaliath serves as the General Counsel at ZETWERK since May 2022, overseeing legal affairs for a prominent unicorn startup with significant revenue. Previously, John held the position of General Counsel for GE Businesses in South Asia, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. At GE Research, John contributed as General Counsel for the John F Welch Technology Centre, focusing on law and technology advocacy, FDI, and regulatory compliance. Prior legal roles include Senior Compliance Officer at Intel Corporation, where John managed compliance programs, and Senior Legal Counsel at TE Connectivity for the India, Middle East, and Africa region. John also served as Global Legal Compliance Manager at IMI Severe Service and was the founding Principal for the School of Law at Christ University. Educational credentials include an LLM in International Business Transactions from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Mysore.
