Elodie Kauffmann has held various positions in the banking and retail industries since 2004. Elodie began their career as a Responsable Fichier at Intermarché in 2004. In 2006, they moved to GIE Direct Ecureuil, where they held two roles: Chargé de Planification and Conseiller Clientèle Multimédia. In 2008, they joined Caisse d'Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire as a Chargé de Planification, du Risque et de la Qualité. In 2010, they moved to Banque Populaire as a Superviseur Technique. In 2012, they joined Caisse Epargne Lorraine Champagne Ardennes as a Conseiller de Clientèle. In 2013, they moved to ING as a Chargé de Planification. In 2018, they joined Carrefour Banque & Assurance as a Manager de projets planification et pilotage des flux. Her role included collecting information related to resources and commercial actions, predicting activity flows, optimizing resources, contributing to KPI definition and analysis, and proposing improvements in resource/flow distribution, activity prioritization, and planning practices. Finally, in 2020, they joined ZEWAY as a Manager Opérationnel Relation Client.

Elodie Kauffmann attended Lycée Chevrollier Angers from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a BTS in Informatique de Gestion. Elodie then attended SOFTEC Formation from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a conseiller financier in the field of banque.
