Avinaash B Pal is an experienced professional in quality assurance and process excellence with a strong background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Process Excellence Manager at Omnex Inc since March 2022, Avinaash enhances productivity and quality through various improvement methodologies including VSM tools. Previously, Avinaash held significant roles at Tata Motors as Lead Quality for Commercial Vehicles and Defense as well as Quality Lead at the Engineering Research Center, focusing on design changes, compliance with regulations, and customer needs integration. Ltd. overseeing supplier quality and several other positions spanning from Deputy Manager at Amw Trucking to Assistant Manager at TRF Ltd., Avinaash possesses comprehensive expertise in quality management. Avinaash holds an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University.
