Dr. Steffen Kilimann

Dr. Steffen Kilimann currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Supply Chain Management at ZF Group, where responsibilities include leading the global supply chain transformation and implementing advanced technologies for optimization. Prior to this role, Dr. Kilimann held various leadership positions at TE Connectivity, including Director of Digital Supply Chain for Global Automotive and Director of Supply Chain EMEA Automotive. These roles focused on integrating agile principles and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple plants. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Roland Berger, overseeing transformation projects in industries such as Automotive and FMCG, and as Senior Manager of Logistics at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry. Dr. Kilimann holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Berlin, a Dr.–Ing. in Ingenieurwissenschaften from Technische Universität Dresden, and a DESCAF in Business Administration from TBS Education.
