Jonas Chapuis

Jonas Chapuis, PhD, is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in cloud platform design, fleet orchestration technology, and computer-aided surgery software development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at ZF Group since October 2021, Jonas previously held the same title at Bestmile, where contributions to transportation modeling were pivotal. Prior to Bestmile, Jonas worked at Nexthink as a Technical Fellow, developing a key application that enhances IT data navigation. A background in various roles at Cisco, the University of Bern, the United Nations, and academic institutions demonstrates expertise in software development, system administration, and research. Jonas holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from EPFL and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bern.
