Xavier Segri

Xavier SEGRI is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Head of Sales & Marketing for Southeast Asia at ZF Group since November 2007. In this role, Xavier SEGRI is responsible for defining business strategy, establishing a regional sales and marketing organization, and leading localization investment plans to enhance local integration and boost market share. Earlier positions at ZF Group include Group Account Director, where Xavier SEGRI directed business activities in China and Southeast Asia, and Account Director for ZF TRW, focusing on cooperation for autonomous driving development with Dongfeng Motor Group. Previous experiences include roles as Business Consultant for the Ontario Government, Business Manager at MCA Engineering, and Supply Chain Engineer at Danone. Xavier SEGRI holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering/Industrial Management from Polytechnique Montréal and EPF Engineering School, respectively.
