Michel Bachmann

Michel Bachmann currently serves as Betriebsleiter at SwissLife Restaurant Binz49 and SwissLife Restaurant Quai40 with ZFV-Unternehmungen since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michel held various managerial positions within FBM Gastro Management AG from October 2011 to December 2021, including Geschäftsführer of Conga AG at Restaurant Theater 11 and several gastronomy establishments, as well as Geschäftsführer at Gebetour AG Restaurant Sonnenberg and Restaurant Schifflände. Michel's career in the culinary field began as Küchenchef at Restaurant Theater 11 from September 2007 to September 2011, and prior roles included Küchenchef and Sous Chef at Hotel Sofitel, Chef de Partie at Hotel Restaurant Le Parc, and Chef de Partie at Hotel Bad Bubendorf. Michel holds diplomas in Gastro Entrepreneurship (HFP) and Betriebsleiter with Eidg. Fachausweis from Gastro Suisse, as well as a culinary apprenticeship completed at Restaurant Neuhaus from 1994 to 1997.
