Ester Siemerink

Ester Siemerink currently serves as the Voorzitter at NABON and as a Bestuurslid at Oncologienetwerken Nederland, both positions held since 2024. With extensive experience at ZGT since 2011, roles include Stafbestuur CMS Portefuillehouder Ketenzorg&HR, Internist-Oncologist, Medisch manager Oncologie, and Chairman of the oncology board. Previously, Ester was the Vicevoorzitter at Nationaal Borstkanker Overleg Nederland from 2021 to 2024 and contributed to the NVMO's quality and palliative care committees from 2018 to 2023. Additional involvement includes membership in the Dutch Breast Cancer Research Group working party on metastatic disease from 2016 to 2022. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Gastric Cancer from the University Medical Center Groningen and an MD graduated cum laude from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
