Judith Fiedler

Judith Fiedler is a highly experienced professional in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at Steinfels Swiss and as a founder of oneRD GmbH. Fiedler's expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of cosmetic products, from research and development to market launch. With a strong background in product development, Fiedler has held senior positions at La Prairie Switzerland, where responsibilities included leading global product engineering and managing R&D budgets. Fiedler is also an honorary lecturer in Food Technology - Cosmetics at ZHAW Life Sciences and Facility Management. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Product Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, as well as engineering degrees in Industrial Engineering and Food Technology.
