Nathalie Agenant

Nathalie Agenant is a seasoned HR professional, currently serving as Regional HR Director for Europe at CHINT since August 2024. Prior to this, Nathalie held the position of Head of HR for the Netherlands and Germany at Quaker Houghton from October 2021 to July 2024. Nathalie has extensive experience in the fragrance and flavor industry, having been HR Director for the Netherlands at Givaudan from September 2011 to October 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for Hungary and acting as HR Business Partner. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Beiersdorf from May 2008 to September 2011 and HR Manager at Bestseller Wholesale Benelux BV from January 2002 to May 2008. Nathalie began their career as a Personal Assistant at VODW Marketing (2000-2002). Educational qualifications include programs at Nyenrode Business University, Rotterdam School of Management, Korn Ferry, and the Center for Creative Leadership, focused on developing leadership and change management skills.
