Adrian McFedries is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various industries. As the Founder and Director of kapital*, an investment group specializing in mid-stage growth companies, Adrian focuses on businesses capable of significant domestic and international growth. In addition, Adrian serves as Executive Chairman of ZIB Digital, a specialist in digital marketing across Australia and New Zealand, where a team of over 130 professionals works to connect businesses with customers through innovative online strategies. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Strategy Head at Harcourts Real Estate and Managing Director of Jetts 24 Hour Fitness, where Adrian played a pivotal role in transforming Jetts from a startup to a global fitness leader. Adrian's experience also encompasses ownership of DC Strategy Group, a consulting firm, and board membership at SumoSalad™, Australia’s largest healthy fast food brand. Adrian holds degrees from the University of Canterbury and St Andrews College in Christchurch, New Zealand.
