Debbie Wemerman

Debbie Wemerman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Debbie currently holds the position of Global Controller & Finance Director Mainland Europe at BCD Meetings & Events since November 2018. Prior to this, they served as Senior Global Controller at the same company from May 2015 to October 2018.

Before joining BCD Meetings & Events, Debbie worked at BCD Travel as Controller EMEA from August 2012 to May 2015, and as Junior Controller EMEA from August 2011 to August 2012.

Their previous roles include working as Financial Control at Eneco from May 2010 to August 2011, Assistant Controller at Echo Investments BV from July 2009 to May 2010, and GL Accountant at Econcern from January 2008 to July 2009.

Debbie's career began at Finyard Speciale Projecten B.V. in November 2006 where they initially worked as an employee special projects and later became a project leader. Debbie then moved on to work as an interim AP Accountant at Econcern, eventually becoming a permanent employee.

Debbie Wemerman attended KSG from 1997 to 2002 and then pursued their education at Leiden University from 2002 to 2007.
