Melissa Moten is currently serving as the Vice President of Experience and Event Solutions at BCD Meetings & Events, where they lead a cross-functional team of 70 individuals and is responsible for brand strategy, event portfolio management, and event production and delivery. Prior to their role at BCD, they worked as the Global Sales Director at PRA Business Events, where they oversaw multiple projects and led cross-functional teams across 29 locations. Melissa also served as the National Sales Manager at AlliedPRA Destination Management, where they expanded business footprints and established new partnerships resulting in revenue growth. Additionally, Melissa has held sales roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Denver Marriott, and Expotel Hospitality. Melissa'sexpertise includes P&L management, project leadership, client relationship management, and contract management.
Melissa Moten attended Paw Paw High School from 1999 to 2002 and received a diploma. Melissa then pursued Interior Design/Architecture at Kendall College of Art and Design from 2003 to 2006.
