Maciel Hernandez

Maciel Hernandez is currently a Photo Assistant at Zicasso. Prior to this, they worked as a Child Outcomes Advocate at A Precious Child from February 2015 to March 2018. In this role, they worked directly with case workers from the human services department of Colorado to coordinate action and communication for low-income family cases. Maciel was responsible for reviewing family cases to direct and guide them to agency resources. Additionally, they assisted families with questions in English and Spanish by providing a dignified and respectful atmosphere. Maciel also trained new employees and volunteers about the database, customer service, and data entry. Furthermore, they scheduled and organized the daily calendar of client visits for the resource center. Finally, they entered client data into two different client service data bases and received and answered client inquires in the call center.

They work with Jessica Ming - Business Data Analyst, Denise Chambers - Photo Editor, and Lisa Turturici - Office Administrator. Maciel Hernandez reports to Yuchun Ku, Founder & COO.
