Erica Lock

Erica Lock is the owner of LCM Consultancy since 2009, focusing on enhancing individuals and organizations through development and conflict management. As an assessment advisor at Vooq. Assessments since 2016, Erica also holds various leadership roles in complaint committees, including chairing the complaints committees for Ziekenhuis Amstelland, TenneT, CuraMare, Enexis Groep, Stichting Pameijer, and U Centraal. Additionally, Erica serves as a member of the Geschillencommissie Wonen Zuid-Holland and was the chair of the Landelijke Geschillencommissie KPZ from 2018 to 2022. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a B.Sc. in Psychology from Leiden University, and has completed various mediation training programs.
