Henry Troup

Henry Troup is an experienced operations manager specializing in the reliability and performance of commercial email platforms. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Moz Group at Ziff Davis since October 2021, Henry is responsible for ensuring 24/7 operational stability and planning infrastructure upgrades. Prior to this role, Henry spent over a decade at j2 Global in various capacities, including Operations Manager and Manager of Campaigner UI, overseeing significant enhancements to customer-facing applications. Henry's earlier experience includes managing development teams at Protus IP Solutions, technical leadership at Watchfire Corporation, and foundational work in internet applications at Nortel Networks. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
