Sathya Prakash Sekaran has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an Executive in recruitment at Everlife-CPC Diagnostics in 2002. Sathya Prakash then moved to HCL Technologies Limited, where they held various managerial roles focusing on talent management, campus relations, program management, and employee engagement. Sekaran continued their HR career at Amtex Systems Inc., where they served as the Head of Human Resources, leading efforts in employee capability building, recruitment, and organization restructuring. Their most recent role at Amnet Systems as the Head of Human Resources involved promoting a positive employee experience, career growth opportunities, and workforce engagement initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Ziffity Solutions.

Sathya Prakash Sekaran completed their secondary and higher secondary schooling at St.Johns Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1993 to 1995, focusing on commerce, economics, accountancy, mathematics, and language. Sathya Prakash then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Guru Nanak College at the University of Madras from 1995 to 1998.
