Michał Sałyga

Micha Roon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and Web3 sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship for various innovation projects. Micha founded and leads managination, a company focused on enhancing software development processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where contributions included developing decentralized infrastructures and facilitating technological advancements. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in Fintech from MIT and Project Management Certification from PMI.
