Aleksandr Vlasov

Aleksandr Vlasov is an experienced entrepreneur and mentor, currently serving as a Mentor at Ingria Business Incubator in Technopark of St. Petersburg since 2021. Vlasov is the Founder and CEO of Zig-zag LLC and Xenon LLC, as well as the Founder and SEO of Neo-telekom LLC, which has been operational since 2002. Additionally, Vlasov co-founded Neo-service JSC in 2001 and was the Founder and CEO of SpectrCom LLC from 2008 to 2018. Vlasov also held co-founder roles at Qirme LLC and served as a Strategic Advisor at Format-master LLC. Earlier experiences include assistant positions at ООО "ссмп-228" and ООО "Удмуртские сотовые сети-450." Vlasov obtained a Master's degree in Communication Networks and Switching Systems from Izhevsk State Technical University between 1996 and 2000.
