Stephanie Saltzherr-Andriesse

Stephanie Saltzherr-Andriesse currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zig since January 2025. Previously, Stephanie held various HR leadership roles at AtriCure, Inc. from March 2016 to January 2025, including Director of International Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the entire International Employee Journey and partnering with leadership on people-related strategies. Prior to AtriCure, Stephanie worked at Rabobank in several positions, including HR Advisor, from October 2010 to March 2016. Additional experience includes HR Manager for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, in-house counsel for Baker & McKenzie and Kelly Services B.V., and a volunteer role at Johnson Bottini, LLP after relocating from the Netherlands to San Diego. Stephanie holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Utrecht University.
