Wouter Bouman

Wouter Bouman is a skilled Project/Accountmanager and Conversational UX Designer. Wouter has successfully developed and enhanced the conversation flow of multiple automated chat services for various companies, resulting in high customer satisfaction scores. Wouter is experienced in creating standardized processes for implementing chat services, onboarding clients, managing client relationships, and expanding the impact of chat services. Additionally, Wouter has experience in qualitative research, data platform setup, and has functioned as an Expert during a Chatbot Hackathon. Wouter has a Master's degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Leiden University.
