Jessica Murszewski has a diverse work experience in different companies. Jessica started their career at Time Warner Cable as a Customer Service Representative in December 2014. Jessica then moved up to become a Lead in December 2015. Jessica worked in this role until January 2017.

After that, Jessica joined Charter Communications in January 2017 as a Video Repair Lead for a brief period of eight months. Jessica then transitioned to the role of a Social Media Associate in August 2017 and worked in that position until December 2020. In December 2020, they became a Social Media Specialist and held this role until March 2022.

Most recently, they joined Zignal Labs in March 2022 as a Technical Product Support Specialist. Jessica assisted private and public sector clients in utilizing Zignal's real-time intelligence ZEN platform and also collaborated in the writing of technical documentation.
