Myrthe de Gooijer has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 with a role as a Gastvrouw/serveerster at Napa Italia. In 2017, they worked as a Commercieel medewerker Social Media at KNS Automatisering BV. In 2018, they had two roles, first as a Stagiair CRM Marketeer and later as an Interim CRM Marketeer at bol.com. Myrthe also worked as Barpersoneel at Café 'De Vrije Handel' from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, Myrthe served as a Junior accountmanager - afstudeerstage at Elastique. Myrthe then joined Mediaplanet in 2020, where they worked as a Project Manager responsible for creating content marketing campaigns. In 2021, they worked at ZIGT Media & Performance as a Digital Mediaplanner, where they helped develop and implement online media plans and strategies. Throughout their roles, Myrthe demonstrated skills in content creation, sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Myrthe de Gooijer attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019 where they studied Marketing / Commerciële economie (CE) with a specialization in marketing management. During their time at the university, they also completed a minor in City Marketing in Europe in collaboration with IVCF from 2017 to 2018. They obtained their Diploma in HBO Commerciële Economie from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam in September 2019. Additionally, Myrthe de Gooijer obtained a Propedeuse Commerciële Economie from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam | Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in September 2015. They also hold a certificate in Google Analytics niveau 1 from Google Analytics, obtained in September 2021, and a Certificate of Completion in City Marketing in Europe from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam in collaboration with IVCF, obtained in January 2018.
