Ej Gravino

EJ Gravino is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in localization and customer care management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Localization at ZigZag Offshoring since March 2023, EJ manages end-to-end project processes, including stakeholder engagement and delivery. Previously, as Project Management Lead at Cognizant for nearly two years, EJ specialized in localization for a major global search engine. Prior roles include Customer Care Manager at VOFFICE Philippines Inc., Contact Center Supervisor at Star Cruises, and various team leadership positions at CSS Corp, where EJ oversaw teams in voice, email, and chat support. EJ began a career in customer service with roles at Northwest Inn, Teleperformance, and Teletech. EJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Saint La Salle.
